SCISSOR WARRANTY
FSE ELITE & PRO SCISSOR 3-YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
Your FSE Elite or Pro Scissors are covered by a 3-year manufacturer warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, sharpening or servicing fees, accidental damage, misuse, improper maintenance, dropped scissors, excessive wear, or damage caused by an unauthorized sharpening or service provider.
To maintain your manufacturer warranty, we recommend having your FSE Elite or Pro Scissors serviced by our authorized sharpening and service partner, Bart Chen.
During the 3-year warranty period, defective components including washers, pivot screws, knobs, and finger rings will be replaced as needed when covered by the warranty. Replacement parts may also be installed during regular servicing when necessary.
