Scissor returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date with original packaging in Unused sellable condition. Please inspect the blade for any markings before using. All scissors that show signs of use are not eligible for a refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item(s) is received, we will process a refund for the item(s). Shipping costs are not included in the refund.
