What should I do if my shears are not cutting properly?

If your scissors or shears are not cutting properly after use, it may be due to a small nick in the blade. Even a minor impact, such as placing them down softly on a hard surface or catching the blade on your comb, can cause significant issues.

During the inspection, if Bart identifies any manufacturer defects, we will either replace or repair your scissors at no additional cost. If no defects are found, Bart will sharpen your scissors and return them to you, ensuring they perform at their best.

What does it mean if a scissor is Ergonomic?

An ergonomic scissor is designed so that it puts the least amount of stress on the hand, arm, shoulder and back while you are working. Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

When will my order arrive?

Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 days. How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

Where is my refund?
