Design Note: Take note of the teeth shape and alignment of this tool. The Puffin 17 has a minimum cut ratio of 20%, yet they will behave differently when compared to blenders with 20% cut ratio. This is because of the teeth shape and alignment. This tool is designed to cut ” texture ” into the hair VS be used for blending.
