I'm a long-time, very satisfied purchaser of your Precision Pro shears. I had purchased another pair of PP shears about 3 weeks ago but they were unusable. Like I had been sent a returned pair of shears. About 1" up from the tip, there was a snag in the metal. The tips wouldn't close or cut hair. I didn't want the hassle of returning them, .... I put them in my sharps container and purchased the next level higher, the Nova Elite. Today was my first day cutting with them. They cut pretty well, but not as quickly as my PP shears. Felt like I had to "push" a little harder to make the cuts. But, I'm happy to have another set of working shears. Oh btw... they cut so well, I didn't even feel it when I cut my finger.
So I am happy with the quality I want to start there. I appreciate all the little extras in the box with the shears. Having some extra oil, ring grips and a cleaning wipe is nice. I just wish I could size the shears/blades up one size. I added a comparison of my original shears side by side for comparison. They feel quite small to me despite it looking like a slightly shorter blade length.
Bought these on sale on a whim, and I love them!!! They’re my new favorite shears. They’re light weight and super comfortable. FSE will be my new go to for scissors.

I have purchased a lot of shears from different companies thinking the more exotic (Japanese) the better they would be. Since purchasing the Elite Series from Free Salon Education, that's all (ALL) I purchase now. Nothing else. They cut hair like it's butter. And the price is within my budget. They are crazy good shears.
