Controlled texture and separation with an approximate 20% cutting ratio.

The Texture20 Elite uses a traditional texturizing orientation to create soft separation, movement and visible texture without leaving a harsh cut line. It gives you room to build the result gradually instead of removing too much hair in a single pass.

Best for

Adding texture and movement
Softening density through short and medium-length shapes
Creating a layered, separated finish
Refining a haircut without aggressive weight removal

6.0-inch right-handed design.

Matt’s real-world experience

I’ve used my Elite shears for years while filming FSE education, cutting clients and doing extensive mannequin work—including cutting through coarse mannequin hair. They still haven’t needed sharpening.

This is my personal experience, not a fixed sharpening interval. Edge life varies with cutting volume, technique, maintenance and the hair or materials being cut.
