I bought this as a Xmas present for my hair dresser partner Clare. She had seen videos online. I know she will love to get it. However, I believe your shipping costs to the UK are excessive for such a light item and will be a considerable barrier to sales over here, which is a shame. I know two other family members that had previously decided against buying it for her, for that reason. I only did it because I know she was intrigued by the videos!
Really tugs and pulls on the hair and it takes forever to close it back up after cleaning the blades. really difficult to realign the top n bottom pieces when closing. disappointed :-( i dont know how this has so many good reviews
