Do you fear change?
The number one reason your salon will statistically not be open within the next 10 years is because you FEAR Change. The world of business and our lives are moving faster and faster. It is Very important to NOT be afraid to try something new with your business. The worst thing that can happen is that your idea doesn't work and then you move on to the next one. To me this is the most fun thing about running a business (I actually think I get bored as soon as something is working) I want to push you to do something that changes your business THIS WEEK and I don't care how big or small it is. Post it below in the comments so we can all see it and be inspired. Lets grow together!
